New Ghost In The Shell Anime Revealed
AnimeNewsNetwork have quite an interesting story on the next Ghost In The Shell anime that we can expect to see. Named ‘Ghost In The Shell: Stand Alone Complex – Solid State Society (what a damn mouthful ^_~) is in fact a 100 minute theatrical feature based on the Stand Alone Complex universe.
It is also said that the movie will retain all of the TV staff that helped create the two seasons of Stand Alone Complex, whilst enjoying a higher production budget in order to facilitate a more cinematic visit into the Stand Alone Complex universe.
Two words.
Bring it.
Karas Promo
Yet another foray by Manga Entertainment into the CG saturated anime movie/OAV, Karas, produced by Tatsnunoko Pro, tells the story of Karas an entity that must fight the forces of darkness to protect humanity from having it’s body fluid drained.
It’s all true I tell you!

Afro Samurai Licensed By Funimation
Afro Samurai, a funky samurai tale in the style of Samurai Champloo but with cooler than cool, Samuel L Jackson provding the voice of the main character, has now been licensed by Funimation Productions.
Airing on Spike TV at the end of 2006, Funimation will release the DVD’s beginning early 2007.
