Lego Rock Band Due Late 2009 on PS3, 360, Wii and DS

leave a comment »

With the Lego brand seemingly assimilating popular movie franchises in videogame land (Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Batman) it’s perhaps not such a big surprise to see that the next Lego game is in fact Lego Rock Band.

Lego Rock Band is being developed by Lego vets TT Games in conjuction with RockBand developers Harmonix and is being aimed as a family-oriented experience. Offering a similar playstyle to the rhythm based gaming of RockBand and Guitar Hero, Lego Rock Band will incorporate Lego themed levels and an array of customisation options. In addition to this the title works with all previously released RockBand controllers and accessories.

Cynical Multi-Franchised Cash-In anyone?
