Ni No Kuni and Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Confirmed Playable At Eurogamer Expo 2012
If you don’t know already, this year’s Eurogamer Expo is jam fucking packed with some seriously great titles which are going to be playable right on the show floor. We’ve had the likes of Far Cry 3, Tomb Raider, Hitman: Absolution, Assassins Creed 3, Resident Evil 6, Devil May Cry: DmC and many, many more already announced.
And to add further fuel to the nerdgasmic fire comes news that Namco Bandai will not only be having the newest entry in their long-running Tekken franchise available for all to play, but they’ll also be debuting the gorgeous Studio Ghibli animated, Level-5 developed PS3 JRPG Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch *pant* on the show floor too – marking the first time it’ll be playable on UK shores.
Lee Kirton, Namco PR bod and marketing director had the following to say, via press release, regarding the announcement:
“Tekken Tag Tournament brings some incredible new gameplay styles for the franchise with brand new modes, an incredible roster of characters and the most involved and detailed training mode ever created for the genre,”
“Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch is one of the most beautiful games we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with,” he continued, undeterred. “It’s already causing quite a stir within the gaming world with its blend of superb gameplay from Level-5 and incredible animations produced and supervised by legendary Japanese animation company, Studio Ghibli. It’s exciting that we can have both games hands on at the Expo.”
Tekken Tag Tournament 2 and Ni No Kuni; BOTH playable at this year’s Eurogamer Expo – what more do you need?
Again, if you haven’t done so already, you can grab some tickets here.

If you don’t have tickets for this, then the only conclusion I can draw is that you’re some sort of disgusting pervert or something.
The Eurogamer Expo is due to take place this year on September 27-30 at Earls Court in London.
Square-Enix Confirms Tomb Raider And Hitman: Absolution For Eurogamer Expo – Sensationalist Groping And Killer Female Clergy Not Included

If you have a ticket, you’ll actually be PLAYING this at the show. Feel free to leave your issues regarding the recent controversy at the door eh?
Following on from their respective PR shitstorms seen here and here respectively, publisher Square-Enix has announced that both Tomb Raider and Hitman: Absolution will be playable on the show floor at this year’s Eurogamer Expo.
It’ll be refreshing just to get these games in our hands and push the sight and thought of terrifyingly inept PR cretins to the back of our minds as we attempt to lose ourselves in what should otherwise be two, very promising titles.
The announcement of the Square-Enix twosome being present at the show follows announcements from Ubisoft and Capcom that many of their banner titles would also be playable on the show floor, inclusive of the likes of the recently delayed Far Cry 3, Assassins Creed 3, DmC and Resident Evil 6.
Overall, it’s looking like it’ll be a pretty stacked show and if you haven’t gotten a ticket by now, you must be some sort of disgustingly cretinous miscreant.
Right your ship and buy them here while you still can.

Eurogamer Expo 2012: Capcom Hit The Scene With Playable Resident Evil 6, DmC and Lost Planet 3

You’ll be playing this you know. If, you have a ticket that is.
Capcom put a check in the ‘shit just got real’ box by announcing that forthcoming titles Resident Evil 6, DmC: Devil May Cry and Lost Planet 3 will all be available on the showfloor for you to get your pizza-grease covered hands on.
In particular, this year’s Eurogamer Expo will be the very first time that both Lost Planet 3 and DmC will be made playable to public (Resident Evil 6 will have had a public downloadable demo by that point).
The awesome announcement follows another awesome announcement from last week when Ubisoft came out and said that a slew of titles that would be playable at the show including the likes of Assassins Creed 3, Just Dance 4 and the recently delayed Far Cry 3. Bloody great stuff and really, if you like games and you don’t have tickets – you need to get that shit sorted out.
Sharipsh. Redeem yourself here.

You now have another reason to go to indie show Rezzed; the next Total War title will be shown there
With developers The Creative Assembly lapping up much critical praise and commerical success for their last title Shogun 2: Total War, fans were desperate for their next fix of Creative Assembly coded historical conflict. Lo and behold then, that the developers themselves will be holding a little chinwag on the ‘future of the Total War franchise’ and it’s a chat that will apparently involve the next Total War title being showcased for the first time on July 6th at 1PM, within the hallowed halls of the Eurogamer Network’s ‘Rezzed’ indie show.
Really, this is just one extra reason to go what will be a superb show.
Now, if you’re already going to the show then brilliant; you’re officially not on my shit list. If you have yet to purchase a ticket to a showcase of some of the finest indie content on God’s green earth, then we’re going to have problem aren’t we?
Seriously, if you have even a passing interest in innovative and creative gaming experiences that extend beyond the norm, grab a ticket and get your ass over to this show. It’s also being run by the chaps who ran the Eurogamer Expo, which if the last three events are any sort of indication, will mean that Rezzed will be slickly produced show and a great time for all and sundry.
Oh and Aliens: Colonial Marines will be there too. Just saying.
Tickets can be bought at www.rezzed.com. £12 gets you a one day ticket, £20 gets you a two day ticket.
Rezzed takes place on Friday 6th – Saturday 7th July at the Brighton Centre, Brighton.
